The Roost produces many of their wines without the use of animal by-products, which means they are suitable for vegans. This red blend is deep garnet in colour and features aromas of dark berries, sour cherry and spice. It's medium-bodied, and will pair well with firm aged cheeses and game meats like bison and lamb.
