"This wine comes from Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, which is Provence's westernmost appellation. Here, complex stony clay, limestone, sand, gravel and loam soils yield rosés that are notably supple and charming. This great sipper has generous melon, strawberry and citrus notes and the richness and freshness for grilled chicken breast, grilled salmon, veggie burgers and grilled veggies.
