Carpineto was founded in 1967 with the goal of creating excellent Tuscan wines while embracing modern winemaking techniques and sustainable farming practices. The Dogajolo Rosso has licorice, berry, and spice aromas and a palate filled with licorice, cherry, and leather flavours. It is perfect for baked pasta dishes.
