Similar to the Ripasso method, the Tuscan Governo method involves introducing sun-dried grapes to the fermentation process to add richness to the wine. This red shows aromas and flavours of blackberry, currant and baking spices. The palate is well-balanced with fresh acidity and smooth tannins, perfect with roasted chicken.
