Located in the Francs Côtes de Bordeaux, next to Saint-Émilion, Chateau Puyfromage is made with Merlot, the appellation's primary varietal. On the nose, this red shows toast, plum, chocolate and smoke aromas. The palate is extra dry and medium-bodied, with plum and blackberry flavours dominating.
