Much of Italy's Primitivo vines are grown in Puglia, a southern coastal region that produces bold and complex wines with versatile food-matching potential. The crowd-pleasing Oggi Botter Primitivo shows notes of plum, spice, and dried fig. This red would pair well with tomato-based sauces or some mild curries.
