Pondview debuted their Riesling Icewine with the 2015 vintage, and this encore presentation is just as impressive. Candied lemon and grapefruit, baked apple, pineapple, honey and spice create a wonderful, rich flavour collage that will make a perfect accompaniment for lemon cake or apple tart.
