Crafted with 100% Riesling from a single estate vineyard, this wine was fermented in oak and spent 12 months on the lees in barrel. The result is a deeply complex wine with suggestions of lemon drop, lime, nutmeg, honeycomb and dulce de leche. Savour with curried prawns, pork tenderloin, or onion tarts.
