The Utiel-Requena growing region, located in the Spanish province of Valencia, has been producing wine for over a millennium. This T empranillo-based wine from Hoya de Cadenas has an enticing nose of black cherry, plum, smoke and spice that replays on the palate. It is a perfect pairing for roasted lamb or beef.
