Diabolica is a mellow, smooth red with a devilish hint of sweetness. The nose presents a tantalizing bouquet of cocoa and raisin aromas. On the palate, expect dried fruit, dark chocolate and red licorice flavours, complemented by hints of mineral and smoke. It is a delight on its own and pairs well with salty cheese.
