Tasting Notes

Super, complex nose with a mix of dried fruit and spice that takes time to unravel. Dried cherry, mandarin peel, cinnamon and nutmeg are just a start. Some truffle in there, too, if you linger. Full-bodied with well-integrated tannins that carry the fruit and spice through the long finish. Drinking well now, but best from 2023 [and will cellar through 2030+]. (jamessuckling.com,Oct. 2, 2022)
