First cultivated in South Africa in 1925, Pinotage-based are heralded for their dark berry and smoky flavours. With oak-aging, Pinotage takes on richer espresso-like notes, which have become a signature characteristic of these wines. The Grinder boasts smoky mocha and plum flavours with smooth, silky tannins.
