Tasting Notes

This wine is sourced from vines planted in schist, quartz and gneiss that include some 65-year-old parcels. The wine is concentrated and juicy with finely articulated blackberry, black raspberry, some earth and mushroom tones, a hint of pepper, and an unmistakably stony mineral note. Excellent balance and structure. A wine that will be fascinating to follow for 3+ years.
