The medium-gold-colored 2015 IGP Pays D'Oc Elite D'Or Blanc is made from 100% Chardonnay and was raised in 50% new barrels and 50% once-used. It offers classic notes of buttered stone fruits, toasted bread, spice and white flowers to go with a rich, beautifully textured style on the palate.
