Tasting Notes
INOX refers to the stainless steel alloys often used in non-wood wine barrels. This unoaked VQA wine celebrates the character of chardonnay without the overlay of oak-induced characteristics. Delicate floral, apple and citrus aromas and flavours are present on the nose and palate. It is a perfect pairing for oysters.
