This estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon is aged 12 months in new and used French oak barrels. Expect pronounced aromas of dark fruit with smoky and herbal notes. Dark fruit flavours with toasty oak, earth, and spice show well on the palate; it is full-bodied and complex with generous tannins. Enjoy with red meats.
