Tasting Notes

Deep ruby in colour, this expressive Côtes du Rhône opens with aromas of ripe red cherries, raspberry, and wild strawberries, layered with notes of black pepper, dried herbs, liquorice, and a hint of spice. Grenache brings warmth, generosity, and juicy red fruit character, while Syrah adds structure, depth, and subtle dark fruit complexity. The palate is medium to full-bodied with silky tannins, balanced acidity, and flavours of ripe berries, Mediterranean herbs, and a touch of earthy spice.
