Situated on the shores of Lake Ontario, Konzelmann is Niagara's only lakefront winery. Their Cabernet Franc Icewine is beautifully balanced and offers tones of berry jam, red-pepper jelly, and attractive earthy notes. Serve chilled with rote grütze or bumbleberry pie.
