Wine legends François Lurton and the late Michel Rolland, along with Rolland's wife, Dany, began the Campo Eliseo project to showcase the potential of northwest Spain's often-overlooked Toro region. Lurton is now the sole owner. This 100% Tinta de Toro, a.k.a. Tempranillo, offers generous matured notes of leather, tobacco, and dried fruit.
