Sometimes called the baby brother of Amarone, Ripasso combines standard dry Valpolicella's versatility with its heavy-hitting sibling's richness. Dry and well-balanced, this Ripasso shows chocolate, cinnamon and fig flavours with a velvety texture. Hearty pasta dishes would make an ideal food match.
