Winemaker Kevin Qin says that the name "Ruby" was chosen because of this wine's bright, vibrant hue. It was also inspired by the colour red's importance as a symbol of celebration, prosperity and good fortune in many Asian cultures. Fresh, lively, and filled with raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry, this food-friendly Gamay will evolve through 2029.
