Syrah is challenging to grow in Ontario, flourishing in only a select few ideal microclimates. The team at Oxley have been working with Syrah for more than a decade, finding success through the use of geotextile blankets that cover and insulate the vines in winter. This LENS take on Syrah is ripe and fresh, with a gorgeous white pepper character. Pair with braised meats.
