The Poderi Luigi Einaudi 2021 Barolo Villero (with fruit from Castiglione Falletto) has an ashy or mineral layer that follows to bla ckcurrant and dried cherry. That elegant mineral note is what distinguishes this extremely vertical, razor-sharp Nebbiolo.
