The cooler Maipo Costa produces some of Chile's most elegant Bordeaux style blends, this assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot and 3% Cabernet Franc being a case in point. Floral and enticing, it marries aromas of dill and mint with a palate of plum, bramble and blackcurrant leaf, tangy acidity and granular tannins. [Drink through 2028+.] Score - 93.
