His ability to produce approachable, easy to enjoy, value-priced everyday wines that hit well above their price point is on full display here. Made with indigenous yeasts and fermented and aged in concrete, this unoaked Xinomavro is ripe, layered and complex, with cherry, strawberry, sun-dried tomato and spice. Drink through 2028+.
