One of the most respected figures in Piedmont's wine scene, Matteo Ascheri is president of Consorzio Barolo, Barbaresco, Alba, Langhe <(>&<)> Dogliani. He practices unplugged winemaking, using a traditional approach with minimal intervention. This earthy, impeccably structured wine is made from fruit sourced from Ascheri's own estate vineyards. It will evolve and impress over the next decade and beyond.
