Tasting Notes

Deep, bright, purple-hued ruby colour. An approachable wine with a tempting nose of dark fruit. Juicy and shaped by racy acidity, it delivers soft, ripe fruit on the palate, with a good length and moderate tannins. Earthy, dark berry flavours with hints of tobacco, plum, cocoa and cherry round out the flavours. Pair with cured meats or pasta dishes. (Vintages Panel,Aug. 2015)
