Felipe Castrillo, founding father and oenologist at Pico Cuadro, specializes in the Tempranillo grape. This rich red is made from 100% Tempranillo, vinified and aged in French oak barrels. Suggestive red fruit and floral aromas are elegant on the nose with a well-structured depth of fruit on the palate. Pair with red meats.
