This wine is a blend of 50% Syrah, 43% Grenache and 7% Mourvèdre, boasting a delectable nose of ripe wild strawberry, blackberry, wild thyme and black peppercorn. The palate is as delicious in profile, supported by good tannin structure and acidity.
