This small lot Chardonnay is barrel-fermented with wild yeast and aged in a blend of new and used Canadian oak, with extended lees contact for added complexity. Rich and rounded, it showcases layers of apricot, citrus, tropical fruit, caramel and coconut flavours and [is] a great match for grilled shrimp or lobster rolls. Drink: 2025-2027.
