Tasting Notes
Santa Carolina Red is an excellent value offering from the famous Chilean producer. A blend of Carménère and Petit Verdot, it offers intense aromatics of blackberry, plum and dried herbs that replay on the concentrated palate. It is a dry wine with ripe, plush tannins, an ideal pairing for grilled red meats or hearty stews.
