[Cossy strives for consistency of style and character with each bottling of their non-vintage Champagne.] Chardonnay (10%), Pinot Noir (60%), Pinot Meunier (30%). Orangish colour with pink reflections. Ripe red fruit on the nose, with a hint of herbs. Soft and fruity on the palate, with a clean red fruit flavour.
