Marilyn Monroe's favourite Champagne, Piper-Heidsieck, is a star in its own right. Pale lemon yellow in colour, this classic sparkling wine bursts with notes of spice, toasted brioche and lemon curd. The palate is gorgeously expressive, with a creamy texture, dense bubble structure and ripe flavours of citrus and apple.
