Bulgaria has a reputation for world-class Cabernet Sauvignon; this wine shows they can also make outstanding Cabernet Franc. Crafted from fruit picked by hand along the Black Sea coast, it was fermented in stainless steel before maturing for two years in French oak. Rich, round and velvety, it offers up notions of ripe berries, sweet spices and chocolate.
