Tasting Notes

Here's a lovely, pale, lighter nebbiolo that pinot noir fans will love. Great vitality and purity here. It shows nicely lifted, classic strawberry/redcurrant fruit, delicate florality (carnation?), fine tobacco-like spice and subtle underbrush. It is medium bodied, firm, taut and juicy with balanced alcohol and slightly gritty tannin. A touch mineral and earthy on the finish. The length is excellent. Tasted August 2023.
