Tasting Notes
The vibrant green colour of this liqueur is the natural result of the maceration of 130 specific herbs and plants, a recipe known by only two monks. The result is a bouquet reminiscent of mint, caraway seeds and basil. There is subtle sweetness on that palate with a balanced replay of soft herbal flavours.
