Over 130 years old, Spain's Torres Winery almost single-handedly established the now-famous Penedès wine region. Intense cedar and black plum, plus chocolate, floral and herbal flavours, with ripe tannins. Pair with spicy beef fajitas, empanadas, filet mignon or grilled lamb.
