A taut, tannic wine, with dark fruit, plum, dark chocolate, pepper spice, vanilla and tobacco. Structured and lavish, with a food-friendly acidity. An obvious match for burgers, blackened ribs, or barbecued crispy pulled-mushroom sandwiches, this wine will also pair with grilled swordfish.
