Tasting Notes
Set in St. Williams, Ontario and situated on a former tobacco tract, this winery is crafting striking wines. It is deep ruby in colour with aromas and flavours of cherry, blueberry, tobacco, oak, black pepper and mint. Medium-bodied and spicy with mild tannins and a long finish, serve with barbecued steak.
