The use of the rare Rangpur lime gives an exotic profile to this gin. Bold aromas of lime, juniper, lemon peel and ginger greet you on the nose; the palate is dry and bold with flavours of fresh limes, lemongrass, mandarin and bay leaf followed by subtle heat on the finish.
