An award-winning distillery located in Stratford, Ontario. Using locally sourced black raspberries, they achieve fragrant aromas and flavours of black raspberry, citrus and lavender. This gin is medium-bodied and flavourful, with a touch of sweetness on the finish. Serve with tonic water over ice and a lemon wedge.
