The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon Los Compadres originates from Cauquenes in the southern Maule Region. With a garnet red hue and a purplish sheen, it presents aromas of cassis and sour cherry, complemented by minty notes, hints of cigar ash and a touch of cedar in the background. Dry, taut and juicy on the palate, it boasts a light structure and fine-grained tannins that culminate in a compact and flavorful finish. This balanced Cabernet exhibits a precise harvest point, which prevents the overly clingy mouthfeel often associated with Chilean Cabernet. Drinking window: 2024-2036.
