Tasting Notes

Deep purple in colour with a violet rim, this wine has intense aromas of sour cherry and blackberries, with notes of violets, gentian and spice. It is fruity and bold, with a juicy dark berry midpalate and spicy notes on the finish. Pair it with gamey poultry, earthy vegetable dishes and beef stroganoff.
