Chateau Laforge 2021

Tasting Notes

The 2021 Laforge is a wine of breadth and texture. Dark red cherry, iron, cedar, tobacco and mocha are all amplified in a pliant, dense Saint-Émilion that offers quite a bit of immediacy and overall appeal. Time in the glass brings out the wine's shoulders. This is nicely done, and also quite promising. Drinking window: 2025-2041. (Antonio Galloni,vinous.com)
