For a wine to mature gracefully, it's essential that it possess a core of vibrant acidity. This Agiorgitiko is sourced from vines planted on the slopes of one of Greece's highest mountain ranges, where elevation, cool evenings, and cool breezes combine with plentiful sunshine to ensure it retains this precious acidity as it ripens. Look for red fruit, spice, vanilla and toast. Drink through 2030+.
