From Moray Tawse, founder and owner of Ontario's Tawse Winery; and Canadian-born winemaker Pascal Marchand, this wine is sourced from mixed clay, marl, and stony limestone soils. It offers plentiful dark cherry, forest tones, vanilla and earth and is an authentic expression crafted in an approachable style that will make it very popular at any dinner. This has the potential to drink through 2030.
