Tasting Notes
A generous sparkler, with light lees and dough and a wave of salted, roasted nuts. Racy acidity balances out the creamy, shell-laden and pear skin palate. Light salt and lemon zest on the finish of this chardonnay / pinot noir blend. Tasted June 2014 (Treve Ring,winealign.com,6 août 2014)
