Lovely crunchiness and subtle florality over the plum, cherry, redcurrant and blueberry fruit. Fresh juicy undercurrent. Subtle savoury aspect with black olive tapenade, garrigue and wild oregano playing in the background. Touch of salty liquorice and cocoa powder on the delicious finish. Lovely balsamic, minty edge.
