Located atop the Niagara Escarpment in Vineland, Ontario, Ridgepoint crafts both New and Old World style wines. This oak aged Appassimento style red is made from cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot. Exhibiting aromas and flavours of prune, chocolate and black licorice, it will pair well with meats.
