This 100% Ontario-grown Cabernet Shiraz is a hearty red wine bursting with character. The nose shows a complex bouquet of blackberry, prune, coffee and flint, with hints of pepper and smoke . The palate is firm and dense with flavours of dark berry fruit, plum and leather coming to the fore. Enjoy with meaty pasta dishes.
